Affiliate terms
Commission. Affiliates earn 50% of the net product revenue from each eligible order attributed to their referral link. Net product revenue means the product amount actually paid after discounts, excluding taxes, shipping, payment-processing fees, refunded amounts and chargebacks.
Referral attribution. The intended referral window is 30 days from the customer’s click. Where more than one affiliate referral is recorded, the last eligible referral click before purchase receives credit. Attribution depends on the tracking method in use, browser settings and applicable technical limitations. Referral links and tracking arrangements are provided individually after approval.
Validation and payment. Commissions are confirmed after the order is paid and the applicable refund or chargeback period has passed. Payment method and payout schedule will be agreed with each approved affiliate before their participation begins. Cancelled, fraudulent, refunded or charged-back orders do not earn commission.
Fair promotion. Affiliates must clearly disclose that they may earn a commission. Do not make false or misleading claims, send spam, impersonate ARTCARD, bid on ARTCARD brand terms in paid search without written permission, publish unauthorized discount claims, or purchase through your own referral link.
Approval and termination. Applications are reviewed individually. ARTCARD may reject an application or suspend participation where these terms are breached or where activity appears fraudulent or harmful to customers or the brand. Commissions from invalid or reversed orders may be cancelled.
Changes. The program may be updated or paused. Any material changes will be communicated to active affiliates. Continued participation after the effective date of updated terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
